: Monmouth County Prosecutor Luis Valentin said yesterday his office will investigate a claim by Jersey City Mayor Jerramiah Healy that he was pushed around and pepper-sprayed by Bradley Beach police over the weekend after intervening in a street dispute. 

: Police arrested Healy around 2 a.m. Saturday and charged him with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest outside Barry's Tavern, a popular bar and restaurant owned by his sister and brother-in-law. Healy himself has a Shore house in Bradley Beach and said he was walking home when he was ar rested. (sic)
