changing, the real estate market is declining, interest rates are climbing, and things
are costing more. As spending cutbacks become essential, it should become more
clear, people need jobs, not golf courses.

his yuppie friends, but most people in Jersey City are practical enough to realize
Jersey City is going into a changing economy. We'll see how the unemployment
numbers fluctuate by the end of the year, as the national economy goes further into
a slump.
