Why do you think JC City Hall is the same today?

Carl Czaplicki has the golf clubs in the back of his city vehicle just ready for a golf game.

Also in the back of the car are baby diapers.

Taxpayers dole out $90,000 a year to pay a chief of Staff to be a baby sitter for his own kid.

He is never around at his job because he is baby sitting his own kid so his wife can go to her Passiac Valley patronage job and not be called out for a having a NO SHOW JOB. Her Hubby is also a PAID commissioner there.

Czaplicki thought because he was the city chief of Staff and a commissioner he could have slipped in a no show job for his wife and his brother in law.

With two jobs, wife at a $45,000 a year job you would think the Czplicki's could afford to pay a babysitter or daycare instead of making the Jersey City Taxpayers pay for his child care!
