Shame on the poeple who put him in there. He was a litewate with Glenn, his claim to fame was doing the work for Gene Drayton. He was Drayton's go for. In N.J. you move up fast when you help others plunder and tow that barge. Carl's hooked up with the Oz this go round and they are doing well togeter. As Oz is the Healy's go to guy. Just keep the cash going to Oz and you're ok.
Oh I forgot I wont get mine because the State froze al;l jobs at
