The next Mayoral race will be carried by the council candidates.Who will have the stronger people is the question.Will the shundlerites around Healy Bail on him?Will degise want his own version of the Bobby J.doctrine by having Bret run JC.Will the Hispanics ever get their act together?Or will Harvey Smith come up the middle by way of the Black vote.And who will play the spoiler role Lipski had in 2004,Manzo or Fulop or both.The only thing garanteed is there will be a runoff.
