: : Mayor Healy being drunk or not is irrelevant the issue here is his and his wifes mistreatment by a psycho Bradley Beach police officer who should be removed before he kills some elderly citizen. macing a 57 year old man and 55 year old mother of 4 is absolutely going over  the top.i have to wonder what his past record is and why isnt the press checking him out.
: : The Bradley Police should send their officers to sensitivity training to deal with things of this nature.
: : after all macing someone is cruel and unusual punishment especially when they are hand cuffed and unable to resist. to me that was a cowardly act.
