How has this drunken fool moved anything other than his elbow off the bar.18 percent tax increase,highest crime rate in NJ,broken promises on abatements,the reservoir,stop and shop ETC ETC ETC.
Oh yea he has been in the news alot lately giving this great city some much needed publicity,FOR BEING DRUNK AND NAKED FOR THE THIRD TIME.
