: : : : : : : : : : : GOODBYE TOMMY AND COMPANY.

: : : : : : : : : : Jersey city has no political machine to speak of.Jerry depends on the HCDO to keep him in power. The only decent organizied group in JC belongs to Fulop and Jerry cannot depend on them.

: : : : : : : : : which fulop machine is that - the one that got joe vas the nomination?

: : : : :
: : : : : : : : No the one that said F you to the whole county and got away with it.I haven't noticed any repercussions, have you?

: : : : : : : He'll see the "repercussions" the next time he runs for office. In the meantime, he seems to have become ineffective at the city council.

: : : : : : besides restaurant row and surveillance cameras at buildings yet to be built, what has he accomplished?\

: : : : :
: : : : : How about Washington Street? Will his new slogan be: Vote for Fulop, he'll help you take possession of a public road.

: : : : : Will that endear him to the rest of the Jersey City public?

: : : : : The man is a walking catastrophy, without any accomplishments of his own!

: : : :
: : : : : : nada, zip, zero, nothing...and vas no mas

: : : : : : oh yeah, he's a rebel

: : : :
: : : : if you "heroes" can't get off your old fat a$$e$ and walk to the memorial, then friggin' stay home, but don't deny others enjoyment of scarce public space. still, we sure haven't heard a peep out of north korea since you boys did your job.

: : : Looks like Fulop has learned a lot from you Tommy, he's becoming a low life without an ounce of integrity. It's obvious to all of us that he doesn't give a damn about these elderly vets who put their lives on the line for this country. In Korea, it was a good day when you got to put your buddy in a body bag, a bad one when they put you in a body bag. In their old age, they have a memorial where they can go and remember their past. Most Americans would agree they have earned the right to visit this memorial, without these snotty yuppies dictating how they should get there.

: : : How dare Fulop, or these tenants, suggest that they have a greater wisdom than these vets in determining what should be done with this road. All Fulop cares about are votes. Well, he may just be the catalyst that wakes Jersey City voters up to vote against him, and kick his arrogant b utt out of office.

: :
: : We have a culture where people are greedy, and think they can get away with anything. That's why so many lawsuits happen. The Paulus Hook tenants have to be brought to task. They are still trying to convince the city to give them the land. Since the appropriation of this road is apparently illegal, they are now trying to hold onto it by claiming they want to slap some grass on the asphalt road, and call it a park open to the public, but obviously only the walking public. Everyone else should stay home.
