Frenkel & Co., Inc. and Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company Award $27,695 Grant
For Rescue Boat to be Used Along Rapidly Developing Waterfront

Jersey City, NJ, September 19, 2006: Frenkel & Co., Inc. and Fireman’s
Fund Insurance Company awarded the Jersey City Fire Department a grant of $27,695
to purchase an inflatable rescue boat. With the city’s rapid growth along
the waterfront, the department needed a rapid response boat that can quickly
enter shallow waters to rescue victims of boat accidents and the occasional
civilian who tries to swim in the swift river waters of both the Hudson and
